All Levels classes combine both strength and balance through a series of physical postures and breathing practices. It's a climbers gym so the focus The sequences taught will range from slow to powerful flows. Each class will offer modifications and adjustments to make poses accessible to students of all levels and backgrounds. These classes are focused and tailored for climbers. Think of this as bringing balance to your body & mind, make sure to show up early, class fills quickly.

Expect a slower but still challenging vinyasa flow. We will be holding postures for longer periods of time allowing students to slowly expand to more challenging variations when ready. This class is great for beginners or those looking to build your foundation with focus on alignment and breathe.
Flow classes are a great choice for those with previous exposure to yoga. Breath is linked with movement so students can expect a quicker pace compared to our Level 1 & All Levels classes. Some more advanced poses and breathing techniques may be offered.

Through intentional breath and movement, Power Vinyasa is a strength-focused yoga class that will amplify the journey to your most authentic self. Power through flows that challenge both body and mind to promote fluidity in your movements and explore your limits. You’ll find space to let go of your day, become grounded and reconnect to your inner strength. The room is heated to 100 degrees Fahrenheit and is set to 40% humidity
