Each class will offer modifications and adjustments to make poses accessible to students of all levels and backgrounds. These classes are focused and tailored for climbers. Think of this as bringing balance to your body & mind, make sure to show up early, class fills quickly.

Flow All-Levels offers a more dynamic practice, linking breath with fluid movement to build strength and flexibility. This energizing class challenges both body and mind, and modifications are provided for different abilities. Previous experience in foundational flow classes (Flow Basics or Slow Flow) is recommended to ensure comfort with the transitions and pace.
Flow classes are a great choice for those with previous exposure to yoga. Breath is linked with movement so students can expect a quicker pace compared to our Level 1 & All Levels classes. Some more advanced poses and breathing techniques may be offered.
Through intentional breath and movement, we flow through yoga asana to build both strength and resilience in mind and body. While the class is designed with climbers in mind, the truth is that what benefits climbers benefits most humans. We’ll focus on hip, shoulder, and wrist mobility, balance it with plenty of hamstring and lower-body strengthening, and weave in some playful exploration along the way. Come ready to move, challenge yourself, and find joy on the mat.
