Learn about the practice of inversions (handstand, forearm, and headstand) in this specially crafted workshop. You will uncover the gifts of attention; bringing your body and mind to a steady space where you can focus on intention. You will be able to begin and continue building essential types of strength for inversions.
Expect a strong, smart, complete practice that will build your inversions and your confidence. We will zero in on specific regions of your body and learn multiple ways to enter inversions with safety as our first concern. We will work to open our shoulders, strengthen our core and upper back, all while finding the true length of our spine. Most importantly, we will build more confidence and understanding, as we lift off onto our hands, forearms, and head. This workshop is perfect for all levels, from those just learning to kick-up to a wall, to those who are already comfortable upside down and want to refine their movement. Tuition: $40 *This workshop takes place in-studio. Space is limited. *Cancellation policy: Yogabliss cannot offer refunds. If you provide 48 hours notice that you cannot attend, Yogabliss will credit your account the tuition for the workshop for future use. *In accordance with the CDC & WA State Mandate, masks are optional for students & staff.
